Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at service@chicagolandgaragedoor.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration before a single arbitrator in Cook County, Illinois.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Chicagoland Garage Door individually. You waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
12.3 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chicagoland Garage Door concerning the Service.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
